If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by contacting us by phone or email.  All styles are unique, therefore the piece designed may already be sold.  I accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Discover orders, no American Express.  Your order will ship immediately upon completion of item and payment.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.  

    Custom designed dresses/gowns are fit to the uniqueness of the customer and since the customer will be fitted throughout the construction process, no returns are allowed.  However, alterations will be performed with the approval of Duchess, if local.

 

    The jewelry is custom designed, therefore, all sales are final.  The jewelry is constructed using durable techniques and components to ensure that the designs will endure normal wear and tear. However, please contact me immediately if your piece is uncomfortable, breaks (due to defect), or is otherwise defective, I will happily repair it free of charge. Breaks due to normal wear and tear will be repaired at nominal price. Due to the uniqueness of the piece, please collect any beads if breakage, otherwise I may have to change the design.
